Woooooo! Back from Secondary School Camp!! The past few days were so fun/cool/powerful!!
Lets recap what happened from day 1!!!
Day 1,
Early morning need to wake up to go school for chinese oral, peiwei and i were the first 2 to do the oral so we left pretty early... I reached home and samantha was just walking to the MRT station! Laugh out loud! Got my stuff ready and left home just when samantha reached home! Haha!! I proceeded to meet up with Patrick, Alex, James & Larry at commonwealth station. Was feeling kinda sad as I kind of being left out in the MRT.. Most likely because Alex was angry with me.. So I felt kind of awkward talking in the pressence of her.. Felt low in the train ride.. I remember I was thinking of a question but somehow I cannot remember it now! Oh my gosh! Kind of made peiwei pissed off when the MRT stopped at Paya Lebar.. Gah.. But luckily, peiwei is one who doesn't hold bad grudges!! Went up to the auditorium to pay the camp fees and went to put down my bag.. I accidentally put my things at the girls room which is like "... " luckily someone told me and I moved over to the other room... Went down to gather in my team and found out I was with chen fei and alot of strangers! Haha! I was welcomed by my team assistant, Ruo En( I don't know how to spell >_>), with a loud OHHHH, SO YOU ARE JIA XIAN!!! Yeap, something like that, then soon after that the camp started!! As usual, it was the Cheer part and we were brief-ed on the rules! Haha, we left for sentosa at around 12.30.. During the bus trip, my team took the oppotunies to know each other.. My team consisted of Gabrielle, Jan, Amber, Chen fei, Hong Hui, Lionel, Eric, Wei Hao, 1 girl who doesn't want to tell me her name, Ruo En and me! Haha.. We had quite little people compared to others... We gathered at sapphire pavilion to have our lunch and it was free and easy time afterwards.. Chen Fei and John wanted to go in the sea.. So they took out their shirts and somehow managed to drag me into it.. We then tried to pull people down. We managed to pull wen qi down but other didn't want to.. Haha.. Oh right we pulled OCK down too! Haha.. Then I did something retarded.. I ran and jumped into the sea with my glasses still on me.. So it dropped into the sea.. I was panicking and asked John and the people around to help find.. When all hope was lost.. John and I was discussing what to do.. Just then.. I accidentally stepped on my specs.. What a miracale! The photo hunt game then started.. My team needed to go palawan beach, beach station, song at the sea and siloso beach. But we ended doing 3 stations only as our map kind of got torn into pieces as it was wet... It started to rain so we all crammed inside the pavilion! We decided to play volleyball and soon the weather changed.. So, we went outside to play real volleyball it was quite fun until Jian Ming decided to change the game to TOUCH RUGBY!! We were brief-ed on the rules and the game started.. The scene was just too funny... Once Jian Ming got the ball, absolutely no one dare to stop him.. Haha.. Soon it became real rugby unknowingly.. That was the part when the fun just began.. The highlights of the game:
1) I got spear-ed by Jian Ming
2) Kelvin acting SISSY with peiwei( he wanted to try to stop peiwei from touching down, so he hugged her.. In the end... He screamed instead of peiwei..)
3) Peiwei tried to bounce the ball on sand.. She thought it was basketball as usual...
Haha.. So funny right.. Too bad, we had to go back quite early.. We reached church at 7 p.m and bathing time started.. After that was Dinner then the movie screening! Haha.. 2 movies to choose from.. Narnia and Evan Almighty.. We chose to watch evan.. So about 2hours later the show ended.. The night was still young and we decided to watch another one ... Which is highschoolmuscial!! WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
Enjoyed the time spent disturbing Kelvin in the room by singing songs! He left the room in the end! LAUGH OUT LOUD!! Then it was the midnight games and debrief.. 1 Camper had to drink strawberry bread blended with water and milk! FREAKING SICK LOR!!! Then it was lights out at 3 a.m..
Day 2,
Woke up at 8.. Surprised as quite alot of people woke up already.. Went to wash up and came back to pack my sleeping bag.. By then.. All woke up already.. Kelvin decided to go down to have his breakfast and then he was late for the morning briefing.. Retarded right? Had my breakfast and moved my bag to multi-purpose room 1.. Went back down to be brief-ed about the next game.. FOOD CROSS.. Kind of like an Amazing race.. But we need to link up food names.. Very complicated to explain here haha... Had lots of fun there.. I ate quite alot too.. THE DUCK RICE, THE BANANA MILK and THE EGG TART was awesome!! Ended up sixth but who cares! We had fun that's all! The game ended at 2 and we cleaned the church up for PASTOR TAN'S SERVICE!! All the campers switched to their smart casual clothes.. Mr Kind John was willing to help me style my hair with wax! I was so excited! ( First time.. Cannot blame me).. After that.. we were seated for pastor tan's service.. It was about spiritual birth, spiritual adoption and spiritual birth.. THE PRESSENCE WAS SO STRONG.. And when he prayed for our leaders.. All of them just fell under the power of the god.. Even I.. Standing like 10 metres away almost fell.. Yea.. That's how powerful it was.. Oh my.. IF only you were there, SAM.. ^^ Yea.. I felt super light after the service even though I was exhausted from the camp! Isn't that cool stuff? Oh right.. The cheers at the camp was super entertaining.. So much better than ASPIRE 08 one... The second night's midnight game was... 13 BOXES.. Its the game where you have to put your hand in and feel what's inside.. And guess what.. There was a box with frog, another with chicken liver, another with squid and prawn, another with a cow lung... FREAKING SICK MAX!! Haha.. The moment I lied down.. I knocked out le..
Day 3,
It must be the service the day before, stealing all my energy away.. I woke up at 9.30.. Wake up call was at 9.. Haha.. Had breakfast and went down for GREAT SINGAPORE WORKOUT.. Found it rather amusing and retarded.. Haha.. After that was cleaning up of the church for the Zone F service!! After it was the changing of shirt to smart casual again.. Once again Mr Kind John styled my hair with wax! Thanks John! So then comes the ZONE F service.. MAN I AM TIRED MAX... During worship I'm already like falling asleep.. I tried my best to stay awake but in the end fell asleep.. SORRY DOMINIC!!! Haha i realised my handwriting in half-sleep mode is shitty lol can write diagonal one.. WE ended the camp with the last praise song and everyone was burning high! Haha.. Went to eat downstairs.. Shared quite alot of jokes at the kopitiam! So fun! We waited for jeanie's mother to arrive and we train-ed home.. Continued to share jokes until we all knock out in train! Haha!
And finally, I'm home!!! Man.. I want SSC AGAIN!!!
